Crunchy battered taro cake, stuffed with savoury vermicelli noodle mee sua strands that had a fun stringy texture. 🍠 I’ve eaten basically all the vegan options of the dim sum across Lotus and Greendot (the 2 eateries share the same CEO) and was happy to eat this again.
