🇮🇩Apparently this is a collaboration with an #indonesian chef which made me want to try as I have an Indonesian student this year. It’s a #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease fried firm #tofu 🫛that’s been coated with red pepper 🫑and 🧄garlic. Then some #coconutrice 🥥🍚on the side as well and pickled slaw and a mild 🍅tomato sambal. I would have liked a little more heat actually. The sauce was also yummy. I’ve earned a free main dish on their soul club but it didn’t work to pay with that. I must need to go with someone and order two meals. Argh. Annoying. #veganisnotscary
