When I opened it I was a bit disappointed, the smell is very chemical, like paint! But a a few drops gave the dough for my #apple pie a lovely taste and pleasant smell of lemon and vanilla. I really liked it! I also used it in my overnight oats and yoghurt. I ate the #pie with a strong black tea while reading a book about ghost 👻 on a dark and rainy day. What more could I ask for?
