What an awesome Detroit-style pizza! So hearty, filling, and tasty. And of course it’s so awesome to have a 100% vegan pizza joint. The Bianca is loaded with garlic, which I always enjoy. Other ingredients according to the Boxcar website: Mozzarella, Ricotta, Sausage, Fresh Basil, Grated Parmesan, Sea Salt, Red Pepper Flakes. 🧄 🍕
