I invited my mom over to see my new place and she brought some roast pepper tomato soup that she made over. She bought these croutons that were marked vegan! We vented about how weird it is that so many store-bought croutons have dairy. The bread they're made from rarely has dairy! Why do they need to add cheese or butter?!
These were so delicious! I tested one before having it in my soup and loved how salty it was! I wanted to keep snacking on them, but had to hold myself back. I would definitely look for these to keep on hand!
