This dish sounded really incredible, so I’m glad my grandfather picked it. Dumplings sort of like ravioli, stuffed with porcini mushrooms, and topped with walnuts, cherry tomatoes, roasted onions, and a truffle cream with herbs. This #umamibomb was rich but still delicate, with incredible mushroom and truffle flavours, which went so well with the nuttiness of the walnuts and the freshness of the tomatoes. A very well constructed dish, with every element playing its part! 14.50 euros. #mushroomlover
