Gluten-free spaghetti tossed with button mushrooms, wilted baby spinach, and green peas - yay for natural plant protein! 🍝🍄🥬🫛 An absolute umami bomb with the sun-dried tomato, thick and creamy housemade tomato cashew sauce, as well as shredded #violife mozzarella #vegancheese. 🍅🧀 Usually the conventional vegan pasta options available at omni eateries tend to be more basic and boring. This, however, was very different and delicious!!
