Vegan Colette at Paris Panini - Gourmet Sandwiches and Wraps — arjun04's Review (Sep 28, 2024)

This is a simple yet flavourful sandwich. That can be because of pesto which is spread on bread in good quantity. It has roasted zucchini and bell peppers, thats not the combo i prefer but it goes well with the dish. Finally the bread, crust is soft and toasted well. Plating can be better by giving in tight cover as veggies fall off from sandwich and becomes messy.
Restaurant is in iconic church street with good seating. There are few issues like entire menu has just two vegan dishes, glasses to drink water has smell of disgusting dairy so they are unusable.
The surprise for the day was seeing someone wearing Sea Shepard jacket. I want it so badly now as i love the pirate logo.
