This was the dessert I shared with my partner after our dinner at Haiku, a lovely vegan restaurant in Palermo with very stylish furnishings.
This dessert consisted of a pistachio mousse cake, somewhat resembling a cheesecake, although the consistency of the mousse was way fluffier. It had a delicate taste and wasn’t overly sweet. The dish was accompanied with a vegan whipped cream which was also very fluffy and not particularly sweet.
It was a satisfying dessert but not something I would probably order again.
The price of this dessert was 7€.
