This is an amazing vegan sushi! This has nori on the outside and watermelon “tuna”, avocado, spring onion, vegan masago (cauliflower based) and spicy dressing. Just so good, the watermelon was creepy tuna-like texture and taste .

So interesting! Looks & sounds fabulous 🥢I had tuna sushi made from tomatoes several years ago & there was zero flavor. Exciting to see there is progress in the plant-based seafood space! 🥢
