In love with this beautiful mess! The “fysh” fillet is made from banana blossom, which was something new for us. Encased in a light and crispy batter was this soft, fragrant snd tender “fillet” that tasted divine. Dipping sauces were pretty genius too. The colourful salad that came with it was added bonus.
