This is another messy but delicious sandwich from Stanley's! This vegan Reuben is made with corned beets that give this sandwich a beautiful pink color! Just make sure you don't get this on a white shirt! It is also packed with sauerkraut, Chao cheese, and housemade 1000 island dressing on marbled rye.

I likwd that the best flavor wasn't too powerful. It was a good, light "meat" that gave way to the creaminess and flavor of the other toppings. I'll try other sandwiches in the future, but this is perfect for Reuben-lovers like @jonok.
