Pain au Chocolat at Rya Bakehousexinru-t's Review (Aug 27, 2024)

Made using the same classic flaky layered dough as the croissant, but in a more cuboid shape. Filled with a generous amount of locally produced chocolate baton, which melted into a nice and creamy consistency flowing out when I bit into it! The chocolate was rich though I found it a little too sweet (and slightly greasy?) for my personal liking, perhaps because I'm used to clean bitter dark chocolate. 🍫 Newly launched on 9th Aug 2024! ✨ ($5) P.S.
