It's so exciting to see a bag of cookies that are vegan! These are decent-sized peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips. I'm glad that the peanut butter flavor comes through. It's much lighter than it would be if they were homemade, but it's still a nice quick thing to grab. These are a bit crumbly and messy to eat, but they don't completely fall apart. I enjoyed eating them on their own, but I did have fun making a s'more with them one night!
