I was not expecting to find a sausage-like tube in the box. there was a funky odor when I opened it, but it went away after I diced it and browned it. this #seitan ended up having a nice flavor and texture. it went great as a ravioli topping.
I would buy it again, especially with the #discount sticker 😁
