32 grams of protein in a shake is wild! Usually I don't feel like these kinds of products are really that substantial and aren't good meal replacements, but this one definitely hits that mark. I stayed full and satisfied for half a day after having this for breakfast.
I enjoy the taste. It's nice and chocolatey. I was so suprised by how good it tastes without having any sugar. The monk fruit takes the place of sugar for a sweetener. This has a super thick texture though! It's super viscous making it hard to drink. I really did not like this texture. It was like drinking chocolate mud. The taste was good though, and the super high protein earned it enough points that I would have it again.
