#brinjal with #mincedmeat and #pickledradish. And lots and lots of #evilweed 😡 Thank god they only sprinkled it on top; otherwise, with a cut so fine, disinfection would've been an impossible task 😏 But I remember cracking open the container and catching a whiff of what to me smells worse than death ☠️ Not forgiven.
It's a huge serving of #aubergine. Would've been a shame for sure if I'd had to throw the lot out because of the coriander. And the flavour is really nice, slightly sweet in that braised pork sort of way. And everything was cooked just right so the textures really worked 🙂
