Sher at Vega cafe — K's Review (Aug 11, 2024)

The dish names here are as creative and seemingly random as the food so it’s kind of fitting 😅

The “Sher” is an English muffin with tofu scramble, baby spinach, sautéed mushrooms, avo, a hash brown, falafel, tomato and harissa tahini, with crispy enoki mushroom on top. All the elements were really tasty except the muffin which unfortunately seemed stale - it was chewy and hard.

$26.90 seemed a bit pricy, our other dish (Deja Voo) was the same price but a fair bit larger.
