Deja Voo Kimchi Fried Rice at Vega cafe — K's Review (Aug 11, 2024)

Felt like I was getting three meals in one with this dish! A random mix but I really enjoyed it. Included kimchi fried rice, crispy battered cauliflower, crispy kale chips, delicious vegan “duck”, falafel and coleslaw. Lovely presentation and the portion was huge. I do agree with the previous reviewer that the dish was a bit oily overall with the *fried* cauliflower, *fried* kale chips and *fried* rice.

This is the first time I’ve been since the new menu launched in April and I gotta say Vega’s prices have gone up a lot. Previously mains were around $20-$23, now most of the mains are $26-$27. The portion size and variety of ingredients made it still feel like good value though.
