Lucky's Quesadilla consisted of spinach tortilla, soyrizo, black bean spread, red peppers, green peppers, onions, Vegan cheddar, lettuce, Vegan sour cream, and pico de gallo. The Vegan cheddar was so ooey-gooey! Every single bite was flavorful, filling, and comforting. A satisfying, plant-based meal! 🥰
