Caesar Salad at 9th Island Vegan — bandita's Review (Aug 9, 2024)

The housemade dressing is really good. It really tastes like Caesar dressing. Greens are fresh and crisp. They didn’t even skimp on the croutons and Parmesan shavings.

I wasn’t even going to review this at first because I got this for takeout and it was going to take about an hour to get home and I didn’t think it would be fair to knock off any stars or post anything negative about it not being fresh, so I was going to wait for the next time that I enjoy this at their restaurant . But when I got home and tried it, I felt it was deserving of five stars on taste, so no point in holding off. 

This was supposed to be a side that comes with the lasagna, but I believe they charged me extra for it, and didn’t realize it until I was home, and also they didn’t provide me a receipt. They just opened, so I’m sure they’ll improve their process overtime. Everything I tried so far is very good. Plenty seating indoors and out, and nice ambiance.
