Lasagna Rolls at 9th Island Vegan — bandita's Review (Aug 9, 2024)

Generous and tasty filling of ricotta, kale, and mushroom. Although I would have liked some vegan Parmesan to top this, it was still very tasty. When I brought it home, I sprinkled some nutritional yeast.

This is a new place, in the North Shore of Hawaii, at some of the best beaches here. It has a Las Vegas Casino vibe, as you can see in some of my photos with decorations of deck cards, and a slot machine. Being so new, they could implement some improvements in the way they conduct business, the receptionist who took my order over the phone was very friendly and professional, and my order was ready when I got there, but it wasn’t until I got home when I realized that I was overcharged, and I didn’t get a receipt, so be sure to ask for that if they forget. 

Everything here is vegan and there’s a lot of variety, not just Italian. I’m looking forward to trying out more.
