😦😦😦 I'm shocked by how good this vegan mozzarella is! I bought it just because it was on discount and I wasn't expecting anything from it. Some days ago I wanted to bake a Calzone and decided it was the time to try it. I was expecting it to stay solid and be shitty, instead it melted greatly, the flavour is not sweet at all and I loved it so much!
Next day I put some on my pasta as it was about to expire, and as I simply reheated my pasta in the microwave, it melted 😨😨😨 crazyyyy
I will definitely buy it again as it's cheap and perfect for what I need. I'm soooo happy!
