Savoury pancake made using chickpea flour (not chickpea omelette as there wasn't any eggy aroma), stuffed with spiced black beans, fresh tomatoes, and smothered in basil pesto, served alongside luscious mayonnaise and a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds. 🥞🫘🍅🌿 Swipe right ➡️ for a pic of the fillings! 📸 Flavourful and satiating in a wholesome way!
