This product is ancient! May have been sitting in my kitchen for more than a year 😬 I guess my digestive system was a bit intimidated by how #spicy it looked from the packaging plus the previous reviews, so kept convincing me to put off the date with destiny 😅
Spicy it proved to be, although the #peppercorn and whatevers that make #mala numbingly spicy actually were present as particles that gave this a distinctly gritty/sandy texture, which opens up the intriguing possibility of using a sieve to de-spice the #broth 🤔 The #noodles are not the fried sort that you get with most #instantnoodles, so you can go be #lazyvegan without bringing your inevitable cardiac arrest forward by a few months 😏 Only mildly annoying thing was the double-plastic #deathbyplastic packaging.
I added spinach, Chinese mustard, eryngii mushrooms, okra, baby corn, garlic, onion, and sesame seeds because why not? 😁
