Vata Herbal Tea at Namaste Cafe — Iszy's Review (Jul 27, 2024)

Since it was around 8pm when we ate here after kayaking and I had a 6am meeting in the morning, I thought it best to avoid caffeine. I still wanted a tasty drink, so I went with Namaste's ayurvedic herbal tea. I went with the Vata tea to promote the balance of my inner well-being. It's usually served hot, but they were able to put it on ice for me on this warm evening.

I felt like this tasted like a sauna in the best way. It has a wonderful woody cedar-like taste that's really refreshing. I'm sure this would be so cozy hot, but it was great iced too.
