Coconut spinach curry at Namaste Cafe — Iszy's Review (Jul 27, 2024)

It was really hard for me to choose something other than the eggplant, but I am glad I tried this spinach dish. I really love Indian spinach dishes, but was surprised to see that this wasn't as green as the others I've had! I do love that the spinach came in nice whole pieces. It made it feel very fresh and thoughtfully made. The tomato sauce was thick and creamy with coconut milk. I also love the addition of potato slices. The eggplant dish is still my favorite, but this was also a nice dish!
