Two of my favorite things brought together in this incredible dish! Imagine the most perfectly tender, chewy fried rice with the tiniest hints of veggies, served with a big dollop of warm black truffle on top and then mixed together at the table to create an incredible aroma that fills the room!

If you can picture that then you’ll understand why I went back and waited in line two times to have this incredible dish while I was in Beijing 🇨🇳
