El Borracho Pike Place Market

This is the second (and last time) trying Borrachos for me. Let me start with saying that I appreciate a fully vegan restaurant with extended hours and great location (a few minutes walk from Pikes Place Market in #seattle). But the quality, flavor and price if the food is subpar.
The first time I tried this place it was late (around ten pm) on a Saturday night and they had a very limited menu (though they close at midnight). Food was not flavorful or creative and overpriced so I thought I would come in the daytime at least once.
You order via QR code at the table and have mostly a contactless service. This tinga taco was very wet and lacked the vibrant flavor and color if a tinga taco. It was expesive as well and reminded me more of the vegan version of tacobell.
