Rlly interesting and cool! Didn't know what to expect lol. Its liquid and then cooks to like a silken tofu that holds its shape. Tastes squidgy slimey but has like a little slight grain texture to it. Interesting. Defos can season to suit needs? 🤔 I've never rlly had much success with vegan egg alternatives tbf lmfao.
