This was pretty good! I tried it both in baking and scrambled. It worked well in both - the texture of the #egg scrambled was slightly different than how I remember chicken egg but pretty impressive. This is not quite as good as JUST EGG but as that brand isn’t available here in the UK this version by Oggs is a great alternative. I did notice It’s a bit difficult to get all the egg out of the plastic container - I think a bag you could squeeze would be better to avoid waste. #veganegg

Rlly interesting and cool! Didn't know what to expect lol. Its liquid and then cooks to like a silken tofu that holds its shape. Tastes squidgy slimey but has like a little slight grain texture to it. Interesting. It says whole egg but we scrambled it. Needs a fair amount of seasoning and extras. The texture was eggy, good for a vegan fry up.
My husband makes a mean #ogg sandwich with Oggs! It fries up so nicely in the pan. This product is amazing. I use Crackd a lot for an alternative to scrambled egg, but Oggs might just beat Crackd to the best egg alternative as it is slightly thicker and more solid in the end result. Add a little scrambled tofu, spring onion, pepper and black salt and you have yourself a great tasting and EGGesque dish.
