Tempeh Katsu Rice Bowl at Wholey Wonder — Steven Neoh's Review (Jul 15, 2024)

I in fact really enjoyed this #ricebowl, and in particular the way the #tempeh was breaded into #katsu, with a light #crispy coating housing a delightfully tender interior, and with some #veganmayo liberally applied on top 😋 The other stuff was okay, nothing outstanding - a mix of vegetables (#cherrytomatoes, julienned #carrot, #cabbage, the odd sliver of #onion) and an oddly sour #teriyaki dressing 😐

But what I'll remember is the upset stomach and queasiness that I endured for the remainder of the day 🥺 I can't say with certainty that it was this that did it and hence I haven't factored it into the rating, but on the balance of probabilities...
