Fluffy aquafaba marshmallow mousse flavoured with tart blackcurrants, atop almond marzipan base, encased in 70% dark Belgian chocolate crackling shell topped with freeze-dried rhubarb. 🩷🍫 Personally found this rather sweet, but happy to try a vegan version of a classic Danish dessert!
