@jonok makes the best air fried tofu! He gets it so crispy. I'm never able to make mine like his! They're perfect little snacking nuggets. This time he tossed the tofu in homemade chimken broth powder, corn starch, and Bachan's BBQ Sauce. I thought sriracha mayo would be a perfect dip for this, but we did not have any Sriracha. I thought that this Trader Joe's green hot sauce would do the trick! We mixed it with Follow your Heart mayo for a creamy but flavorful dipping sauce. This felt pretty mild for a hot sauce, but I do tend to prefer green hot sauces and salsas. This one is nice but nothing exceptional. It is a good option for bringing a little heat and flavor to a dish.
