I was excited to find these artichoke hearts in a jar, but in water not oil. I like having artichoke hearts on hand in the pantry for a quick add on to pizzas, pastas and more. It’s nice to have a jar option that’s not marinated in oil so you can control the seasoning. Fresh veggies always taste best but these are nice for a jarred option. Found at Aldi.
