Ate this on a small motorboat on Tonle Sap lake! Held together amazingly well from the night before, and it still tasted so fresh and delicious! The tofu was not a crispy as I think it initially was, but still really yummy, with this thick breading that reminded me of chicken fingers. Lots of crunchy lettuce and an amazing #chipotlemayo to dip!! It needed this sauce, otherwise was a bit dry, but the sauce really did make it delicious.
