Chickpea Scramble at Free Bird Cafe — Tessa's Review (Jun 30, 2024)

Yummy Shan #chickpea tofu scramble for breakfast. Combined with a good amount of pennyroyal greens. A very unique combination I had never heard of before !! A very greens forward scramble ....Soft, creamy and savory, it's a nice texture and flavor. A bit salty and earthy. A tiny bit stemmy with the greens, there was a slight bitterness too but it wasn't too noticeable. Really nourishing and I suggest a try!
