Chickpea Scramble

Yummy Shan #chickpea tofu scramble for breakfast. Combined with a good amount of pennyroyal greens. A very unique combination I had never heard of before !! A very greens forward scramble ....Soft, creamy and savory, it's a nice texture and flavor. A bit salty and earthy.
