The god of all Indian dishes… #bainganbhartha. This is one of my favourite dishes of all time, and I think Masala Dosa really does it justice. It’s just so flavourful, the perfect texture and richness. I just wish it was a bit bigger, for 5.30$ this wasn’t a huge amount.
