We found this Violife #organic #vegancheddar at #alcampo during our vacation in Tenerife (yes, weeks later I am still trying to catch up!!). The block texture and color are spot on, and there definitely is a more intense "sharp" flavor and aroma to this #cheese block. Great for a cheese board, to snack on with some crackers or on a sandwich. Nutritionally it is pretty bad with 20g of saturated fat, high salt content and little protein however it is low in sugar - but for a holiday treat it worked for us. In any case, there was no cruelty to baby or mother cows employed in the elaboration of this product.
