We went to this #restaurant and asked if we could enjoy an #aperitivo and they told us that we could, and that they offered #olives and #panissa (what they call #panelle in Sicily - #chickpea flour patties fried) as a deal, making their aperitivo #veganbydefault .
What a pleasure to sip on some #spritz with the view of the #seaside 🍹plus the panissa was really awesome!!
