Pressed white rice, torched spicy
"salmon," smoked pepper sauce, lime, wakame powder, scallions, black truffle caviar
This dish was lovely to look at, unfortunately taste wise I found it to be too spicy which was a pity. This portion of 8 pieces was 18$.
