tuna sushi pieces at Beyond Sushi (W 37th Street) — pattini's Review (Jun 17, 2024)

A sushi made with plant-based tuna, white rice, lemon, wakame, scallions, black truffle caviar, smoked pepper sauce. The dish was 3 pieces and costed 12$, so one of the most expensive things we tried. The quality was very high and the dish had a great taste. I felt like the zest of the lemon left a little bit of sourness that could be avoided, but besides this I really enjoyed this dish.
