Coffee-infused sponge layered with mocha cream and rich 70% dark Belgian chocolate ganache (made using cashew nuts and #oatmilk). ☕🍫 Slightly bittersweet flavour good for caffeine-lovers; I got this for my family of coffee addicts haha. I did wish the sponge cake could have been more moist though. This was originally developed as the 2022 Father's Day Special and used to be known as Papa Mocha Ganache Cake, but was revamped with a new look and name.
