Cold cuts alternative mopur made from gluten. It’s called “delicato” and rightfully so, since the taste is very delicate. For me it was borderline bland, so maybe even too delicate. Nutritional values are very good though, it also has a good amount of protein. Found in Italy at Esselunga 📍
