It’s actually pleasantly plain compared to everything else they offer. Not too salty and not too much #msg either 🤗 Oddly a really good palate cleanser 🧼

In Dutch they’re sometimes called muizenoortjes aka mouse ears. We serve them at the restaurant I work at. Ever so often i get asked with a disgusted look why mouse ears are mentioned as an ingredient in a salad. I love it
