My favorite butter alternative! Tastes much better than cow butter in my opinion. I love the flavor and it melts perfectly. It's smothered all over the corn and greens in this photo 😋 Also pictured are my homemade vegan chicken fried oyster mushrooms for the perfect #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease meal
