Mango Tango Roll at Sushi Samurai — sofihuasteca's Review (Jun 9, 2024)

Sushi Samuri is a fully vegan sushi restaurant that transitioned from a traditiobal sushi place to a vegan kitchen. The menu is expansive with so many rolls to pick from. It is creative, colorful and has an amazing array of textures. This roll had a vegan salmon, mango spread (chutney) and cilantro. It is mildly spicy.
