After getting home from Costa Rica, I found that I was low on pasta! I took this opportunity to get some fun shapes I don't normally keep in stock. Farfalle is such a fun, beautiful shape. Farfalle in Italian means butterflies! Here in America they're often just called "bowtie pasta". They don't have as many ridges to hold onto sauce, so it's best in pasta salads with light sauce and more seasonings. I decided to go with a light, veggie-packed pasta dish by Plant You. It has tomato, sundried tomato, onion, bell pepper, garlic, zucchini, cashew cream, and herbs.
