Hazelnut-lover @veganspicegirl had to order this Ferrero Rocher-inspired dessert, and I'm glad she did because it was absolutely stunning! The cup was layered with chocolate pound cake, smooth hazelnut chocolate mousse, crispy feuilletine reminiscent of the iconic wafer shell, plus swirls of thick and rich hazelnut cream! Studded with 74% dark chocolate bark and chopped Italian hazelnuts. 🍫🌰 Delightfully decadent while also a healthier option, being diabetes-friendly and tested low GI. Brought me right back to my childhood, when eating Ferrero Rocher was a CNY treat at my grandmother and uncle's house. 🤎 Omg I suddenly also recall a joyful memory one CNY of the Ferrero Rocher sticker seal getting stuck on my cousin's fingers as a toddler and all of us laughing at how cute she was. 🥹 Thank you Delcie for allowing me to relive those moments even after going vegan!!
